Mary Lobo- Founder, Dancer, Trainer, Mentor, Event Organiser
Mary, a passionate dancer from the vibrant city of Mumbai, began her dance journey in 2007. For over a decade, she has been orchestrating Latin Nights every Wednesday in Mumbai.
Sushi Samba Nights at Shiro Mumbai once reigned as a popular Salsa social for over half a decade, succeeded by the Fun Republic Social in Andheri. Now, the same enthusiasm and vigor permeate AntiSOCIAL Mumbai.

Mary has demonstrated her talent on the dance floor in Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, and various other workshops. Her dance odyssey has taken her to Angola, Puerto Rico, Miami, Turkey, Germany, Italy, Brussels, New York, UAE, UK, France, Portugal, Netherlands, Spain, Russia, Africa, and Asia, allowing her to refine her skills. Her deep belief in Latin and Kizomba dance emanates from a profound sense of gratitude for the art form.

Mary has also imparted her knowledge and performed at numerous Dance Festival. Her philosophy is grounded in the simple notion that "Once you desire to dance, start dancing."
Caesar Lobo a.k.a. 'DJ Cza'
DJ Cza discovered his affinity for Latin rhythms when he took to the decks at Shiro, Mumbai. His fervor for music drove him to explore various Latin styles like Salsa, Bachata, and Kizomba. As an Audio Engineer by trade and a DJ by passion, DJ Cza consistently garners acclaim wherever he spins his tracks. Committed and devoted to his craft, he dedicates himself to infusing energy and joy into the dance floor.
DJ Cza's ultimate goal is to be an open-handed and supportive figure in the Salsa, Bachata, and dance community. He aspires to get you grooving to his beats and eagerly anticipates your presence on the dance floor.
Derek Spencer - Founding Partner
Derek, currently residing in Vietnam, is a professional pilot happily married to Geraldine. They are blessed with two lovely daughters, Kate and Kaelyn.
Derek, a founding partner at Latin Twist, embarked on his music journey with over 7 years of experience, performing at clubs like Zenzi Bandra, Zenzi Mills, Dragon Fly, Blue Frog, F-Bar, Shiro, as well as various events and Salsa Congresses and Festivals in cities across India, including Bangalore, Pune, and Goa. His diverse music collection spans across eras, showcasing his extensive musical expertise. Notably, he graced the India International Salsa Congress in 2012 and the Goa Salsa Festival in 2013.
Derek's passion for music has profoundly shaped his character, dedication, enthusiasm, and love for music. He possesses the flexibility to adapt his musical style to suit any event.
In 2017, Derek relocated from Mumbai.
